Redeem Me

Dear Heavenly Father, You have redeemed me completely and You have redeemed me eternally—I know that I am forever Your child. I ask that You intercede in my life and redeem me daily, sanctifying me more and more each day.

Please redeem my wayward thoughts and bring them back to You. Redeem my unholy words and make them more accurately reflect You; please redeem my unloving actions so that I represent You well; redeem my anxious feelings and fill me with Your heavenly peace; redeem my unpredictable emotions and help me to entrust my heart more fully to You.

Please redeem everything within me that is out of sync with You.

Redeem:

All my brokenness and make me whole.

All my me-based pride for God-based humility.

All my selfish ambition for Christ-like selflessness.

All my control for complete surrender to Your plans.

All my worries for unwavering faith in Your goodness.

All my busyness for stillness and rest in Your Presence.

All my resentments for the forgiveness and love of Christ.

All my uncertainties for confident hope and security in Your Sovereignty.

All my disappointments for the unshakable joy of Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father, please redeem and transform me with ever-increasing glory, into the likeness of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
