Our Future

The moment we place our faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and surrender to Him as Lord of our life, is the moment we are sealed with God’s Holy Spirit, securing our eternal heavenly future with Him. His Spirit comes to dwell in our hearts, comfort our minds, guide our lives, and seal our redemption. His Spirit is a deposit of the good things to come—our blessed inheritance as children of God.

In Christ we are included, marked, and guaranteed a glorious future with our Heavenly Father—no one can snatch us out of His sovereign hand, or alter His sovereign plan. He promises to be with us each day of our lives and He vows to return from Heaven someday and take us to be with Him always.

We are secure in His love forever. He is sovereign over our future.

We are God’s possession—to the praise of His glory.

Ephesians 1:13-14, “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.”

This plaque stands in the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem as a reminder of God's promises. He has prepared a good future for those who love Him.
